Chaotic (and yet serene) Weekend
This is my 2nd attempt of writing this post.
*mumbles 'Bongok betul terdelete' and grumbles 'CHOY'*
Am now trying to overcome the bengang feeling by munching macam rabbit on Sensation Crisps.
(There's no way I'm gonna be kurus when Sainsbury jual chips semurah tu okkk)
Billingsgate Market
Wow. That's the word for this place: wow.
Went at about 6.30 am; Melissa was looking smexy with her I-just-woke-up-hair, Iman was high on Manga and Khalid, well, he was smiling. We went with such high hopes.
Bought prawns, crabs, Amir's sotong and loads of fishes.
Met the most handsomest Salmon for 5 pounds :D
Cooked most of it after that. Let's say my clothes stank just like the fish market.
Erk *thinks of doing dobi*
Managed to keep a straight face when my flatmate asked me if i smell any fishy smell.
"Nope, what fish smells?" *edges away from her quickly*
Sweeney Todd
Johnny Depp can sing.
He can look hot while singing.
He can look hot with gruesome face scars and grizzly hair.
Heck, he can even look hot when he killed all those people and sumbat them in meat pies.
*bows down to great actor*
The best part of this movie was when I whispered endings to shat and she went "SHUT UP, PAN! I'M TRYING TO ENJOY THE MOVIE"
S-sorry shat, won't do that again~
Trip to National Gallery
This is the serene part of my weekend.
It was... enticing to walk around the creaking floor, stare at the 'Art', inhaling the musty old smells and try to capture what the artist is trying to portray.
I'm impressed with the skull pic and love the lobster on the plate.
Thanks to the person who bought me here, gave me a guided tour, whispered historic facts and Hitler Theory, giggled with me over fat, naked women drawings, belanja-ed me food and spent the whole morning with me.
Like he said; my only regret was that it ended.
Goodbye Nabil
He left.
Apparently with a heavy heart.
He spent his bday here and we gave him a dinner-present.
Thanks to Encik Salmon, Madame Sainsbury Basic and Lord Brahims.
Oh and Amir is so diabetic. Mamat to minum super sweet Raspberry Syrup straight from the can claiming it tastes like Ribena!
And yes, we even sang the customary Bday Song... which totally made Nabil all malu-malu.
HAHAHAHAHA *evil, witch-y laugh*
Milkshakes
I went to Tinseltown to drink milkshake.Although I'm not a big fan of milkshake.
I'm a BIG fan of milkshake!
But it wasn't as fun because Melissa wasn't there to say 'Oof, we must come again when ade deal' and Amir to gossip about his flatmates or Bapak Ayam latest food craze.
Listening to the Heart?
Something caught my interest when I read Shakira's blog. (I hope she never read mine, I'm gonna cilok her words)
She said something about wouldn't it be nice if the heart has a way to tell us whether we are making the right decision.
Hmm, wouldn't it be nice if the heart to 'dup-dup' when we're making the right choice and go 'dup-duuup-kyionkkkk' when we're not?
Hhahaha, re-reading that line sounds silly.
I read somewhere that our body actually do give out signs (i.e: makan
tak sedap, tido tak lena, asyik mimpi horror) when we're about to pick the wrong
decisions. No idea if it's true or not.
But really, if only right, if only we make the perfect choices all the time, never once making a mistake?
Demo ne, that'll make us perfect. And human are never perfect.
It's human nature to ignore all those gut feeling and blindly take a step forward.
Well, that's my opinion.
Finally, I'm done.
I feel that this week stretched out really nice and long.
Did my accounts, I spent about 300 pounds.
*cries over lost money*
Ah well.
*crawls in bed and stare at Nino*
I totally ignored him this week? Must've been too busy. HORROR~
*directly ikut Amir's current fav line: hysteria 8 saat*
Gnite people, tomorrow I'm going to look at animal skulls and 'ooh' and 'aaah' at their gigi :)
